WSET® Level 1 Award in Wines
WSET® Level 1 Award in Service
The WSET ®Level 1 Award in Service offers an introduction to the wine-service profession, this course includes instruction in the art of wine service and includes the development of practical skills in a restaurant setting. The course is run over two days, the first day covers the WSET Level 1 Award in Wine, and the second day covers the WSET Level 1 Award in Wine Service.
WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits
The WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits is suited to both the trade employee and consumers who wish to further their wine knowledge. At Enjoy Discovering Wine we also offer the WSET® Level 2 Award via a Distance Learning package. Wine-knowledgeable applicants have the option to receive the study pack and sit the exam in their own time (at a mutually agreeable date, minimum two weeks notice required for exam).
WSET® Level 3 Award in Wines
WSET® Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits is appropriate for those in the drinks and hospitality industries in a supervisory capacity, who need core information to advise management and customers with authority, and make informed selections of wines and spirits.

These are The Green Man and No. 5 Bridge Street, both in Winchester covering the Hampshire Area, Bournemouth University covering the Dorset area, and Brighton University in Eastbourne covering the Sussex area.
